This question is hard to answer… album chilled was issued in non-commercial conditions, completely at own costs (booklet printing, CD labeling), author of album does not live from making music and it is not his profession - it is only his hobby and in IT company, where he is employed, he earns money to fulfill his big dreams. Additionally, when issuing an album he did everything to make sure, no one can make profit from his work, doing which he spent more than 2 years (i.e. no editor, no "audio industry organization", no distributor, etc.)

On album you can find 13 tracks, 11 of which are used, but 8 tracks make a compact composition lasting more than 45 minutes. Other 3 are individual tracks, 1 of them includes vocals.
Album is full of alternative music, which is a contrast to everything that is "IN" these times and what is dictated by commercial radio and TV. It is a mixture of electro-acoustic music, using non-standard signatures, changing tempo. Music is, speaking about style, a mixture of jazz-rock, ambient, orchestral and downtempo.

This album does not have a value possible to calculate as of a physical asset, or derived from any common materialistic view of things around us. Even any authorization rights (I think they are crazy anyway) do not make it possible to call this work my own, because I did not sign contract with any "audio industry organization".
That is why I can say that album Chilled is a form of "public domain", so it is here for anybody who would like run away from common music trails, tracked by great power commercial publishers.

Comparing to commercial albums possible to buy for usually incommensurate prices, you have an honor to order this album for free and if you don't like it you can simply return it or throw it into garbage without feeling any blame.
